Your External IP: Your IP address as seen and received by off campus users

IP addresses of most hosts (workstations, PCs, desktops, laptops, other machines) have an address on the outside that is “translated” to a different address on the inside of the CSU firewall. This is done for many reasons, including security.

Your internal IP: Your IP address as seen and received by on campus users is 107.20.120.65

IP addresses of most hosts (workstations, PCs, desktops, laptops, other machines) have an address on the outside that is “translated” to a different address on the inside of the CSU firewall. This is done for many reasons, including security, and your “inside” IP is 107.20.120.65
