Help from a Chicago State University Librarian

Throughout the building there are desks staffed by trained librarians and others. These staff members are especially skilled in helping in related specialties located nearby. Help also can be obtained from the reference service area located on the second , or main, floor near the entrance. The reference desk is staffed by skilled reference librarians.

STAR Helpdesk Services

The STAR Helpdesk is the single point of contact for all of the services of the various departments within Technology and Learning Resources (TLR). The STAR Helpdesk can assist with a wide variety of technology and learning resource questions, problems and requests (e-mail, troubleshooting hardware, software etc.). Whenever possible, the STAR Helpdesk staff will attempt to walk you through a solution via phone, email, or in person.
