Printing journals or magazines is not a library activity. Ownership and copyright issues are time consuming and prohibitive to research fully, and no clear demand has developed. Many online zines do allow or encourage printing, often with saving of paper, and have relaxed rules. Make certain you comply with copyright restrictions; penalties can be severe for infringement of copyright.
Electronic items such as eZines or Zines, (online magazines) are usually not printed. Articles in them, or small pamphlets, can be printed at one's own expense after being located in the library. An example of an online collection of eZines is ZineLibrary.
