The University Library calendar displays academic events in the library only, for example, Bibliographic Instruction and Information Literacy Sessions. Please see the Chicago State University web calendar for all CSU events, including public and special events.

- Archives and Special Collections Meetings
- The Director, Records and Archives, Room 330, schedules meetings regarding historical archives. 773-995-2586, NLB 330
- Library Committees and Organizations
- Room 210, the Bibliographic Instruction Room, can be scheduled for meetings that require its configuration. This room is to be scheduled for library instruction purposes only.
